Support the Contract Program Manager as the Technical SME on the team while also providing leadership to a team of about 15 technical team members. Responsible for resource tasking and day-to-day team management. This candidate will also have direct communication with the government Lead Engineer for Cross Domain Enterprise Services at DISA.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or other related discipline or additional experience in lieu of a degree
  • Seven (7) years or more of work experience in a relevant, technical role with at least two years of management experience
  • Security+ and/or CISSP Certification
  • ActiveSecretclearance

  • Manage our technology project development and deliverables by leading a team of engineers focused on proprietary Cross Domain technologies
  • Lead continuous improvement for engineering practices in this space
  • Ability to track multiple issues simultaneously
  • Experience establishing Agile best practices

  • Provide detailed briefings to the Contract Program Manager and Government Customer
  • Experience installing, configuring, and managing Linux or Unix operating systems (prefer RHEL 5 or greater) and any scripting languages to automate recurring tasks
  • Experience using VMware, VSphere or other virtualization technologies is a plus
  • Exposure to software and system testing/QA to include writing system test plans, test cases, test reports and executing system tests
  • Experience maintaining information systems configuration management
  • Any exposure or desire to learn cross domain solutions (listed on the NCDSMO baseline list) is desired
  • Experience leading installations of hardware and software to remote locations
  • Experience delivering DoD information system solutions under NIST RMF is a plus
  • Understanding of TCP/IP and ability to troubleshoot basic networking issues
  • Travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations is possible but not expected for this position
  • Experience Architecting Enterprise level environments
  • Interacting with partners to convey architecture principles and concepts
  • Ability to analyze data trends
  • Familiarity with SFTP and HTTPS
