Description
This is a full time, onsite role in Fort Meade, MD. An active DoD Top Secret security clearance is required for this position. Key Areas of Responsibility
* Troubleshooting and resolution of escalated events.
* Monitoring and identification of network/infrastructure events that require mitigation.
* Support the building and configuration of internal infrastructure.
* Create, test, and move to production the alerting capabilities for the supported devices.
* Other duties as assigned. Education and/or Experience Qualifications
* Active TS / SCI security clearance is required. Full Scope Polygraph or CI Polygraph is preferred.
* 5+ years deploying and configuring enterprise monitoring toolsets.
* Expertise with standard management protocols like SNMP, SSH, PowerShell, etc.
