The Listing / Sales Coordinator will enter property listings and changes in the system and perform a variety of administrative duties to provide support to customers, agents, sales management and administrative staff.

  • Verify accuracy of listing and offer paperwork received from agents and follow up on missing or incomplete documents to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
  • Organize paperwork electronically and clearly communicate issues requiring escalation.
  • Key listing and offer data to applicable systems and ensure timeliness and accuracy of data input.
  • Add documents to corporate filing system and review to ensure completeness and integrity of final documents.
  • Maintain sales data, generate reports and prepare routine correspondence.
  • Maintain and monitor electronic and paper files/records.
  • May serve as back-up to other office staff.
  • Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Education: • High school diploma or the equivalent

    Experience: • One year clerical/administrative experience

    Knowledge and Skills:• Experience with Microsoft Office products• Effective oral and written communication skills with an excellent customer-service focus• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail; high degree of accuracy• Knowledge of real estate, title and/or mortgage business preferred

    This is a summer position from April through August working 40 hours per week.
