Job Description

Pay Range: $69,600 to $83,750 per year

The Live Supply Coordinator supervises all aspects of live supply planning, required to meet sales demand and optimize asset utilization. This includes maintaining live bird supply to the plants, supervise housing requirements, pick up schedules and placement schedules for all chicken rotations.

Essential Job Functions

• Create and maintain the entire chicken live plan for current year and next year
• Complete all requests for What-if scenario planning as requested by business or manager
• Meet weekly with Live Production managers to review changes in plan and make adjustments as needed
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager (system upgrades, development input, training, etc.)

Additional Functions

• Serve as the back-up for the Live Planning Manager as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture or Business preferred
• Three-five years production planning or related experience preferred
• Excellent communication, organization / planning skills, ability to influence without authority.
• Ability to solve multifaceted problems in a detailed and decisive manner
• Strong completer skills (MS Office, SAP, BW, MTech)
• Strong customer service values
