About The Team:
The mission of the TikTok Eng-AI Innovation Center is to explore cutting-edge AGI technologies, including but not limited to LLM, multi-modal LLM (video/image/audio/text/code), etc., to let machine better understand user creations on Tiktok platform. Regarding to video/image/audio/text, enhanced content understanding can bring better user experience of searching, recommendation, and can more accurately identify and defend internet abuse and fraud on our platform. Regarding to code, our developed LLM aims to automatically re-organize/optimize Tiktok codebase, and make the code/coding become more accessible for Tiktok engineers.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Engineers to design and build high-quality datasets and data processing pipelines
- Define and track data quality metrics to ensure data integrity and AI model performance
- Work closely with AI Researchers to design and execute data annotation solutions that meet AI model requirements
- Manage data annotation vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Research and evaluate new data sources, tools, and technologies to stay ahead of the curve

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Product Management, Data Science, or a related field
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, product management methodologies, and project management principles

Preferred Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Science, Psychology, Linguistics, or a related field
