LLM Engineer

What success looks like in this role:

Join our team and work with Fortune 500 companies to revolutionize IT Service Management (ITSM) processes using cutting-edge large language models (LLMs) for knowledge curation and content generation. As an LLM Engineer, you will have the opportunity to experiment, design, and own end-to-end generative AI solutions that significantly enhance knowledge management for global enterprises.

Hereby the tasks that are waiting for you:

• Lead the development of LLM-powered ITSM knowledge curation and content generation solutions for Fortune 500 customers.
• Conduct feasibility studies for LLM-based solutions and contribute to their operationalization.
• Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-based knowledge generation models.
• Establish coding standards and best practices within the engineering team.
• Own MLOps processes for LLM deployment and monitoring.
• Innovate and experiment with generative AI models to push the boundaries of knowledge management.
• Develop and own features that have a direct impact on knowledge curation for large-scale enterprise environments.
• Receive support through professional development plans to help you excel in this high-impact role.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• At least 4 years of experience in Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or LLM Engineering.
• Extensive experience with Python and SQL, along with expertise in NLP and large language models (LLMs).
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and machine learning techniques.
• A solid background in statistics and mathematics.
• Proven experience operationalizing machine learning and LLM-based solutions.
• Experience working with cloud providers like Azure, Amazon, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Spark or similar big data technologies.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and problem domains.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Salary Range: 42,000-69,600 EURO gross (before tax) per annum depending on your competencies, skills and experience
