Roles & Responsibilities • Knowledge of LMS Domain, Data Import, Batch File Uploads, Organizations, Domains, Course Types (ILT, VILT, Curriculum,), Content Types (AICC, SCORM)• Worked on LMSs like Saba, SuccessFactors or Cornerstone. Preferably SumTotal (Implementation of LMS would be added advantage)• Expertise in Configuring and Maintaining LMS (Config Workbook)• Used Tools like ServiceNow and Service Cloud• Knowledge of Validation process for GxP applications is an added advantage.• Supported Release management, including New Feature evaluation, New Feature Testing, Regression Testing, Bug reporting and fix, Performance testing, Go Live Planning and execution.

Generic Managerial Skills • Communicate effectively with different teams• Remain flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas
