Innova Solutions is hiring for a LMS Technical Support Representative.

Position Type: Full-time, Direct-hire opportunity

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:45pm, with a hybrid-remote work-schedule, 2-days from home, 3-days in office

Location: Syracuse, New York

As a LMS Technical Support Rep you will:

  • Answer incoming calls in a call center environment
  • Provide technical assistance and answers to user questions and assists users by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving problems with computer hardware or software
  • Fields support calls, chat, email, and/or other communication from users with inquiries regarding web-based eLearning software platform
  • Effectively handles multiple customer email and/or chat conversations simultaneously, with professional written correspondence
  • Guides users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include use of diagnostic tools and software and/or following verbal instructions
  • Collaborates with other staff to research and resolve problems

A qualified candidate will have:

  • 2-3+ years of customer technical support experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
  • Ability to communication with non-technical and technical audiences
  • Ability to draft process documentation and make process recommendations
  • Ability to work with and learn different hardware and software systems
  • Excellent customer service demeanour and professional phone skills

Pay Range*: $21.75/hr
