Loan Growth Strategy Intern

Let's get to business! The Loan Growth and Strategy team is looking for an intern to join our team. The Loan Growth and Strategy team develops and optimizes new and existing product and growth strategies by collaborating with multiple teams, to better grow revenue and ensure a streamlined customer experience.
As an Avantee Intern, you will be helping us refine the business case for direct debt payoff, working very closely with senior associates in the team. The tangible outcome includes (not limited to) opportunity sizing, go-to-market strategy, defining customer journey, and prioritizing tech vendors. This will require strong cross-team collaboration
What you will do at Avant:

• Analyze structured and unstructured data to craft product strategy proposals
• Perform ad-hoc analysis
• Execute on opportunities for growth
• Perform analyses of historical and benchmark data to help inform decision making
• Develop and maintain funnel performance projection reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional business partners on new initiatives, project requests, prioritization and delivery

Why you are a fit for this role:

• Actively enrolled in an accredited 4 year degree program with a specialization in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or equivalent work
• Experience in SQL and Python (especially data analytics packages like pandas)
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills
• Ability to improve performance by analyzing and managing performance indicators, developing a strategy based on observations and implementing it
• Ability to handle and execute on complex projects in
• Reliable access to quiet workspace and reliable internet connection
• Ability to work full-time (40 hrs per week) for the duration of the program
