Loan IQ Data Migration Project Manager

BizTek People is in search for a senior Loan IQ Data Migration Program Manager for our client with offices in NYC & NJ! Responsibilities: • Lead and coordinate successful migration of loan data from legacy systems to the new platform (Loan IQ). • Define and manage the overall timeline and key deliverables for the data migration workstream. • Manage escalations and resolve issues; proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. • Oversee all phases of data migration testing and ensure clear definition and alignment on acceptance criteria. • Coordinate efforts around data cleanup, cutover planning, and execution activities. • Facilitate requirements gathering for operations reporting and control frameworks. • Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to review progress, address issues, and mitigate emerging risks. • Provide support during go-live and post-implementation phases. • Share insights and practices drawn from prior large-scale systems implementations. Qualifications: • 15 years of experience in change management & data migration, including work onLending Operations Data Migrationprojects. • Experience with deployments or enhancements of major loan platforms. • Bachelor’s degree • Practical experience with SQL.
