UpEquity is looking for motivated and driven individuals to join our growing, dynamic team!
As an Account Executive Loan Officer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Close a minimum of 6 loans per month or 3 self generated loans
- Execute sales cadences with a goal of converting opportunities into closed loans using UpEquity's services and products
- Find, prospect, nurture and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting via emails, calls, realtor relationships and various campaigns
- Quoting and locking interest rates, reviewing loan applications, structuring the terms of a loan, and preparing client files for submission to underwriting review
- Communicate complex mortgage products with clients. Be knowledgeable about proprietary UpEquity products, mortgage guidelines, and be able to help qualify potential customers
- Responsible for negotiating the terms of the mortgage
- Consult realtors and buyers on the value of UpEquity and its products
- Prospect, nurture and qualify new realtors provided by the Business Development team to obtain additional business through various mediums of outreach
- Develop new realtor relationships through personal networking
- Act as a point of contact for clients during the entire loan origination process, answering questions, coordinating with the loan processing team, and collecting documentation as needed
- Generate and manage a sales pipeline and reporting through our internal CRM tools while consistently meeting key metrics
- Deliver "white glove service" to buyers and realtors throughout the transaction by responding to their needs and questions

Prior Experience(s) / Qualifications:
- 1+ year of Loan Officer experience
- 6+ months experience working directly with new home purchases
- $5mm+ in purchase volume closed over the last 12 months
- Existing book of realtor business

Important Details:
- You must reside in Austin vicinity or be willing to self-relocate
- You must be willing to work in the office
- All candidates must have passed the NMLS exam prior to starting
