CWS Health is seeking a local contract RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for a local contract job in Baltimore, Maryland.

Position Overview:
The Registered Dietitian I will be responsible for providing basic nutrition assessments and developing care plans for patients and residents. This role involves ensuring high-quality nutritional care is delivered while adhering to the organization's mission and values. The dietitian will also contribute to overall operational success by implementing services that support patient well-being and nutritional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct basic nutrition assessments for patients and residents.
Develop and implement personalized nutrition care plans.
Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients and families.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care.
Ensure adherence to dietary regulations and organizational policies.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient nutrition records.
Promote healthy eating habits and work towards improving patient outcomes.
Uphold the organization's mission and values in all aspects of patient care.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field.
Licensure/Certification: Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification required.
Experience: Previous experience in healthcare or clinical nutrition is preferred but not required.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
