- 5+ years of experience 

- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns on Google, LinkedIn and Programmatic platforms.
 - Proficiency in optimizing lead volume and quality.
 - Strong analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights.
- Experience in strategic consulting for PPC and social media.

- Proven experience in keywords and market research.

- Exceptional Spanish and English language copywriting skills with a focus on landing page and ad copies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish

- Ability to meet with end client as needed

- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a passion for driving results.

- Local market research: provide local insights on the target vertical

- Local platform research: review and recommend marketing channels/placements/creators

• Programmatic DSPs

-Local strategy recommendations: aside from standard digital media, review and recommend tactics that are locally successful (mailers? Out of home? etc)
