Local Driver - CDL A - Home Daily

We are a family owned and operated transportation company that has been in business for over 30 years. We offer competitive pay, steady year round work, medical benefits, & PTO Days. **This is a W-2 only position - Independent contractors need not apply** We are looking for professional Local CDL Class A Company Drivers with Intermodal Experience and a minimum of 5 years verifiable driving experience. Qualified applicants will have the following: • Drivers must have Class A CDL • Must be 23 years of age • 2 years of Intermodal driving experience • 3 years of other CDL driving experience. • No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years • No convictions for DUI within the past 5 years • No suspensions or revocations within the past 5 years • No serious violations within the previous 12 months (15 mph or greater, following too closely, improper passing, traffic offenses committed in a CMV in connection with a fatality) • No more than 3 moving violations within past 3 years • No Preventable DOT Recordable accidents within the past 3 years • Must be able to work 55+ hours per week • Regular predictable attendance • Perform pre-trip/post trip inspections • Complete all required paperwork • Hook & unhook a trailer • Open & close trailer doors • Enter & exit a Commercial Motor Vehicle Work Schedule: Monday through Friday and one mandatory rotating Saturday per month.
