General Information:

Leading the change management process and responsible for coordinating with all stakeholders involved in business unit to ensure ramp up happens at right time. Will be also responsible as business administrator for HVPLM environment for DTB unit. Pro-Actively engage in having the material master maintained.

Your Background:

  • Responsible for implementation of the change in DTB unit on quality and on time.
  • Local Implementation Manager must ensure that all global changes are implemented in the local systems (e.g., local drawings and instructions are changed, local supplier information updated, local master data updated, everyone affected by the change is informed and trained.
  • The LIM is also responsible for local changes where no global master data are adapted.
  • Maintains and continuously improves the High Voltage Product Life Cycle Management environment under the direction of the global HVPLM System Administrator and in collaboration with the local Business Process Owners.
  • Establishes and ensures compliance with global and local data management procedures and standards.
  • Provides end user training and support, escalates to global support team if appropriate.
  • Participates in data migration and software upgrade projects in collaboration with the global HVPLM System Administrator.
  • Creates or requests custom reports to support the local business processes.
  • Responsible for master data maintenance
  • Supporting COE team on product care which includes performing calculations related to Seismic applications, bringing in new improvements in products.

Your Background:

  • Wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in technical field.
  • Should possess strong leadership skills and ability to convince stakeholders in the interest of the project.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Windchill and Creo is a must and knowledge of AutoCAD and E3 is a plus.
  • Computer programming (XML) experience and knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) are also advantageous.
