Localization Project Coordinator

We are Futuremedia, an established digital agency and startup accelerator with a tradition of developing and scaling highly competitive, high-traffic SaaS and B2C products with millions monthly of users across the globe.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Localization Project Coordinator to participate in the development and management of new SaaS B2C products, from concept to launch and beyond. The ideal candidate will help the Project Manager in all recurring tasks for current and upcoming projects, managing the day-to-day kick-offs, deliveries LQA and cost tracking activities.

In this job you will:

• Assist in executing and managing current localization processes and workflows and establish new ones while improving existing ones.
• Manage the entire localization process to reach the best quality in the shortest time with the happiest team in current and future projects based on their specifics.
• Manage localization projects from beginning to end.
• Work closely with language specialists, localization engineers, internal business partners, and external vendors.
• Develop project plans and workflows.
• Managing time, budget, resources and quality control.

• At least 5 years in a similar position
• Professional experience with 2 or more CAT tools from the project management perspective
• Experience as a translator even if many years ago, does not mind repetitive and manual tasks but strives to automate and improve constantly.
• Tech savvy, attention to detail and very good at tracking, establishing and documenting processes
• Good knowledge of CAT tools and translation workflows.
• At least 2 languages besides English.
• Very familiar with major bug reporting platforms such as Jira etc.
• Experience with cost tracking, budgeting and scheduling.
• Problem solver and flexible.
