Account Manager - Locum Tenens
We are seeking a driven Account Manager to join our locum tenens team. In this role, you will use your strong communication skills, sales expertise, and multitasking abilities to expand our market share and strengthen client relationships. You'll thrive in our fast-paced healthcare staffing environment by adapting to changing demands, leveraging our technology, and collaborating with a supportive team.
This role will be filled in our Irving, Texas headquarters

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience & Education: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in recruiting, sales, or account management, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Communication & Sales Orientation: Strong communication skills with a sales-oriented mindset, capable of connecting with diverse personalities and driving results.
- Adaptability & Quick Thinking: Ability to adapt quickly, think on your feet, and engage effectively with a variety of individuals.
- Excellence & References: Demonstrated job excellence backed by strong references, showcasing a successful and tenacious work ethic.
- Written & Verbal Skills: Proficient in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
- Conflict Resolution & Collaboration: Strong conflict resolution skills, with a balanced approach to professional independence and collaboration.

Compensation
The US total compensation range for this full-time position is inclusive of salary + bonus. Our ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training.
