Curative is looking for a recruiter who can leverage our technology, resources, and reputation to build strong relationships with physicians to staff temporary assignments all over the country. We are seeking an individual who excels in communication and articulates ideas with clarity and confidence. You have thrived in a quota-driven sales environment, and your persuasiveness is a standout quality.

 Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting and/or sales experience
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Demonstrated job excellence with strong references
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong conflict resolution skills with a focus on maintaining a drama-free and positive work environment.
• A balance of professional independence and a commitment to collaborative teamwork

Role Responsibilities

• Engage with physicians through email, calls, and text messages and provide potential opportunities
•  Handle the challenges of persistence in a sales-oriented role
•  Experience the satisfaction of knowing your efforts result in better patient care
•  Embrace the collaborative work environment and acknowledge your role in closing important deals
•  Enjoy substantial five-figure commission checks
