Logistic Coordinator - Inbound

LAWAZEM is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistic Coordinator for our Inbound operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the inbound logistics processes, ensuring that materials and products are received, stored, and distributed efficiently. This position is critical to maintaining the flow of goods into our organization and ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly.

** This role is based in Saudi Arabia - Riyadh.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage inbound shipments, including scheduling deliveries and tracking shipments to ensure timely arrivals.
• Communicate with suppliers and freight carriers to resolve any issues related to inbound logistics.
• Ensure proper documentation for all inbound materials, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs documentation.
• Work with warehouse personnel to oversee receiving processes and ensure products are accurately inspected and recorded.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
• Maintain accurate records in the inventory management system and support inventory audits.
• Analyze inbound logistics data to identify trends, optimize processes, and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement and supply chain, to ensure alignment on inventory needs and adjustments.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in inbound logistics and supply chain management.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management, with a focus on inbound operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in logistics and inventory management software.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to inbound logistics.
