Logistic Expert

Your responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for packing and shipping of parts, components and units for service project.
• You will implement in cooperation with Project Manager and Warehouse members, shipping destinations are within Japan and overseas.
• You will be responsible for packing, shipping and returning of tools and equipment for site work.
• You will implement in cooperation with Project Manager, Warehouse and Site Service members and shipping destinations are within Japan and overseas.
• You will be responsible for transportation of parts, components and units shipped from HE overseas factory to site in Japan directly, it will include arranging and managing outsourcing work to ensure quality of product, such as checking accelerometers at seaport, etc.
• You will implement in cooperation with HE overseas factories, Project Managers and Forwarders, procurements from suppliers other than HE overseas factories will be handled by SCM team, but we will cooperate as Logistic Expert if necessary.
• You will be responsible for implementing Export Control for items to be exported to oversee including re-import.
• You will implement in cooperation with Engineer and SCM members, consider optimizing system/organization to implement the work, utilize external packing companies, transportation companies, etc. as necessary and consider improvements of transportation scheme, and lead actions with related members.

• You hold degree/master's required: bachelor or above in Engineering and/or Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
• More than 5 years of working experience.
• Logistic related work is preferred.
• Proficiency in languages: English & Japanese in both spoken & and written, other advantage.
