Logistics Representative 32-40 hours

Specialized is more than just a bike company. As a Logistics Representative, you will be working closely with our Supply Chain partners, Purchasing and Sales teams, but also with our Customs team. This is a logistical role within our administration team which is cooperates with multiple disciplines within the company. You will built relationships with logistics partners and understand their processes to make positive contribution.
You will be joining a team of 10 people that operate on inbound, outbound and inventory management, but also work closely with the rest of the logistical teams.
Key responsibilities:
Process incoming product flow (PO and ASN maintenance) before receipt at the warehouse Doing first check on documentation regarding all incoming shipments and provide 3PL with digital and physical files Booking all inbound shipments in our system and follow up with 3PL/Vendors on any exceptions Inventory control within our system, but also chase up on 3PL counts Work with demand planning and sales team on prioritizing products Chasing up with Import partners on any missing/ wrong provided information Responsible for custom bottlenecks inbound and outbound flow (separate process from regular flow) Assist in INF request to support and work closely with our VAT & Duty team Work with our warehouse partners making sure customer orders are processed accurately in a timely manner Make sure outbound process is efficient and on-time Investigate discrepancies across the logistic flow, find root cause and drive resolution
Key requirements:
- MBO+ / HBO background logistics related
- Minimum of 3 to 5 year experience within logistics, warehousing and distribution
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in English
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with excellent Excel skills
- Able to cope with multitasking and deadlines. Well organized including good planning skills
- Experience with import processes as a plus
