We provide the information they need to optimize athletes’ health, game-day readiness, and performance, as well as in-game tactics.  Our solutions include wearable technology, video analytics, and athlete monitoring solutions, and we are passionate about helping sports organizations at all levels to better scout, recruit, teach, and win.

This is a part time position for 10-20 hours per week depending on volume/workload. This position pays $18.00/hour. 

We are looking for a talented and inquisitive Logistics Administrator whose drive for learning and determination aligns with our ambitious, fast-growing and transforming company. Based in Wilmington, MA you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in order to maximize customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and be a significant contributor to maintaining high retention of our customer base. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Receive shipments into Netsuite, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data inputted for logistics tasks. 
• Prepare shipping labels and coordinate shipment pickups of customer bound inventory
• Store items received in appropriate storage areas within the warehouse.
• Maintain an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately to identify and resolve shipping, storage, or receiving discrepancies as they arise.
• Collaborate and communicate with logistics technicians, customer support representatives, service providers, and others involved as necessary.
• Perform regular cycle counts in order to maintain accurate inventory.

• Experience with data entry and competent in using Google Suite products. Familiarity with Netsuite or other ERP solutions is a plus.
• Self motivated with a proven ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines. 
• Strong attention to detail and experience following processes. 
• A team player, with the willingness to help others with a range of tasks.
• Previous warehouse shipping and receiving experience.
• Ability to lift heavy packages and move around inventory when necessary.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
