 Logistic Analyst

The candidate is required to manage and support order fulfillment operations by:

1) Ensure all products orders are scheduled, monitor, packaged by order due date
2) Ensure all stakeholders are well informed of any change, delay or improvement
3) Follow up closely on all the order status, collaborating closely with Warehouse, CTO, Traffic and
Prod team
4) Manage all Inter-company Transfers Orders and Internal orders such as Product to Spares,
Reconfiguration, and others
5) Manage all RMAs/ EROs/ FIRs (including Mechanical Replacement Order and Returns) from field back to Distribution Centre
6) Coordinate with RMA Labs to ensure all RMAs/ EROs/ FIRs are complete and committed
7) Generate monthly KPI reports for Quality meeting
8) Generate and present the monthly Productivity report to the Management and stakeholders
9) Generate quarterly shipment statistics
10) Any other ad hoc business
11) Attend Scheduling Meeting
12) Partake in any form of UAT activities

The candidate must be open for job rotation and prepared to support the team in other areas such as processing and scheduling of spares orders and managing import deliveries into ADC and returns from fields.

Knowledge and Skills

Proficient skills of MS application, WMS, Oracle
Independent and effective problem-solving skills

Education/ Experience
Minimum Diploma/University degree
At least 3 years working experience in relevant supply chain industry
Fresh graduate will be considered
