About the Role

This role will support Supply Chain operations through shipment creation and coordination, data collection, and process evaluation. This role will be instrumental in helping to implement logistical strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall logistics performance.

What you will do:

• Create and manage shipments on Amazon, ensuring all stakeholders have the relevant information needed to successfully move cargo to FBA / 3PL warehouses.
• Obtain quotes from freight forwarders to determine the most cost effective method of moving cargo.
• Analyze transportation routes and modes to determine the most cost-effective and timely delivery methods.
• Ensure all relevant paperwork, such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Waybills are completed correctly, and maintained for auditing purposes.
• Collaborate with carriers, customs brokers, and suppliers to ensure a smooth handover of cargo for pick-up, clearance, and final delivery.
• Collect and analyze data related to logistics operations, including transportation and fulfilment costs, delivery times, and Amazon shipping/packaging requirements..
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
• Identify inefficiencies in the Supply Chain and Logistics processes and recommend solutions.
• Work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and 3PLs to streamline inventory movement.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Logistics Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience in e-Commerce is preferable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools (e.g. Excel, ERP systems).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
