About NCR Atleos

• Assist the WH Ops Manager in project planning and resource allocation.
• Help train team members on new processes.
• Hold daily team huddles to communicate task assignments and employees’ roadblocks.
• Monitor the Production Report to plan the Shipping of ATMs for large roll outs as well as one offs.
• Ensure all necessary resources are available to:
o Complete the shipping of large rollouts as well as the one offs.
o Receive deinstalled ATMs to be checked in.
• Properly complete documentation that is required for Shipping and receiving ATMs.
• Assist the inventory team with cycle counts as needed.
• Scan and e-mail all documentation to various Departments as needed.
• Acquire the parts for shipments that are requested by the Inventory Control Team as needed.
• Communicate frequently with the WH Ops Manager, Technical Ops Manager and Inventory Control Manager as well as team members within each mentioned group to receive and process information for projects or special request that may NOT be part of normal daily duties.
• Maintain lines of communication with outside vendors in service companies to assist in technical support.
