Logistics Analyst, Omni Channel

ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton is seeking a Logistics Analyst within its North American Logistics team to support the planning and deployment of inventory for both Business to Consumer (B2C) and Business to Business (B2B) order profiles. This position is a New York HQ based role.  The mission of the North American Logistics team is to ensure a successful delivery experience for customers while optimizing the costs of Peloton’s global supply chain. The Analyst role is critical to achieving the team’s mission, and affords many opportunities to contribute, learn and grow with Peloton. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, analytical and curious, while willing to roll up their sleeves and solve problems with varying levels of complexity.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

• Support order execution process for B2B partners while ensuring continuity of operations 
• Collaborate cross functionally with DC Operations, B2B partners and Supply Planning to optimize outbound volumes against consumer demand
• Research customer chargebacks and work to drive process improvements and reduce costs to Peloton 
• Manage inbound freight to 3PL vendors 
• Work through ambiguous cases with our freight vendors and internal partners to limit impact of supply chain stressors to our members 
• Model costs and operational tradeoffs for varying logistics scenarios
• Ensure proper order flow of direct-to-consumer parcel orders, supporting 3PL vendors where necessary 
• Support analytical inputs for cross functional communications regarding the performance of the broader NA Logistics team 
• Willingness to dedicate bandwidth to cross functional training within NA Logistics and problem solve across all functional areas of the team 

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

• 1+ years of professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Analytics, or similar 
• SAP experience preferred
• Netsuite experience nice to have
• Advanced in Excel, comfortable with large data sets
• Effortlessly transition between working autonomously and collaboratively
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards action

Base Salary: $69,500.00  to $90,400.00

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
