Some things you will be responsible for:

• This position acts as primary communication & operations liaison between sales and our 3PL warehouse, and customer service teams to achieve sales goals & maximize profitability for the Puffco.com business while achieving consumer excellence
• Work with 3PL partners to determine root cause/corrective action plans on ecommerce issues that arise
• Work with 3PL partners to determine root cause/corrective action plans on ecommerce issues that arise
• Analyze end-to-end ecommerce opportunities for improvement
• Monitor ecommerce daily, weekly, and monthly KPI/SLAs ensuring our 3PL partner is maintaining Puffco's expectations
• Provide updates regarding us to customer service team
• Create, maintain partnerships with 3PL teams to focus on achieving consumer excellence
• Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock
• Help organizing the warehouse space
• Preparing, packing, and shipping orders
• Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments
• Counting stock and keeping inventory records
• Position is in person on site Monday - Friday

Some qualifications and skills we need you to have:

• BA/BS degree or 2-4 years equivalent experience
• 1-2 years' experience with working with 3PL & warehouse activities
• Proficiency in MS Office primary Excel, and database management
• Knowledge of inventory management and logistics elements
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
