Amplify is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Customer Operations team. The Logistics Coordinator will work cross-departmentally to facilitate communication about delivery stages of all Amplify products to promote an efficient and successful delivery experience. This position includes administrative duties with oversight into shipping and tracking of orders to ensure orders are processed in accordance with the organization's customer service standards. The position will work through data entry, email monitoring, reporting, and various other duties as required to ensure the workload is appropriately dispersed and managed. Data entry skills with Excel and some customer interaction required. Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Work as a liaison between Customer Care and our logistics partners to ensure prompt and proper movement of physical materials deliveries.
  • Coordinate with all major Amplify material vendors to ensure that freight orders are scheduled and shipped to meet customer expectations as well as secure proper documentation for scheduled orders.
  • Respond to Amplify internal and external customer inquiries with real-time information if applicable.
  • Work with Customer Care and Support and Business Operations to track and escalate delivery challenges to Senior leadership
  • Work with our logistics partners to track and fix shipping errors
  • Provide tracking information to Amplify customers which includes but is not limited to parcel shipments with FedEx, FedEx Freight and UPS and LSC Logistics while working with our 3PL to ensure that freight delivery appointments are tracked and scheduled.
  • Work as liaison between our vendors and our Sales team for international orders which includes ensuring the necessary international shipping documents are completed for overseas shipments and freight forwarder shipments.
  • Ensure that the quality of all Amplify logistical services provided meet the required standards and SLAs (service level agreements).

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field equivalent
  • 3+ years of Logistics or vendor management experience
  • Proficiency with office software including Google products (docs, search) and Microsoft products (Excel, Word)
  • Experience using a variety of operating systems with knowledge of networking, connectivity, and internet protocol
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced, professional work environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using Salesforce software
  • Ability to efficiently complete multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining acute attention to customer care and details
