Job Summary

Our Logistics Coordinators are the voice of the company who dispatch our USCG-licensed tankermen to jobs in loading and discharging liquid tank barges shoreside. This position reports into our Pasadena, TX office.

Qualifications and Skills

• Dependable transportation
• Ability to pass a physical/drug screen and background check
• Logistics or dispatching experience is a plus
• Positive attitude and friendly phone-voice is a must!
• We are a 24 hour business, and qualified candidates must be able to work 12 hour shifts

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Being the Positive, energetic VOICE of the company when answering all incoming phone calls and making appropriate outgoing calls to customers, tankerman, management and all other necessary parties.
• Documents, communicates and distributes information accordingly to ensure new projects are created in the system, finalized, and executed properly.
• Responsible for executing Marketing strategies throughout your shift, including but not limited to customer and boat contacting.
• Dispatches all Tankerman / Dockman to Firm projects.
• Data entry of all Tankerman times, barge times, delays, barge inspections, notifications and exceptions, etc. of every project.
• Adheres to and follows all procedures and policies in place.
