Position - Logistics Coordinator

Qualifications
Bilingual - Fluent in English and Mandarin - "Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China."

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch Management:

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate the dispatch of goods to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  • Assign routes to drivers based on delivery requirements, geographic considerations, and driver availability.
  • Monitor the progress of dispatched deliveries, adjusting schedules and routes as needed to accommodate delays or changes in priority.

• Communication and Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, customers, and warehouse staff regarding dispatch-related inquiries and issues.
  • Communicate delivery schedules, instructions, and any special handling requirements to drivers and shipping partners.
