Summary
You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Naval Beach Group TWO, Logistics, Planning and Equipment Department of COMNAVBEACHGRU 2.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driverβs license.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport.
- You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.
Qualifications
- Analyzing and evaluating policies, procedures, and issues, for effectiveness and efficiency, identifying and resolving discrepancies and problems, and developing solutions and methods for improvement.
- Developing operational and interim support plans supporting data which substantiates funding requirements, repair and/or modification processes, and other support activities which provides the program managers a range of technically acceptable alternatives, with risk and value assessments.
- Conveying written information in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner for the intended audience.
- Selecting, acquiring, storing, and distributing resources in the most efficient way possible.
- Processing data and using it to determine an item/system's support needs and preferred support methods.
- Using the reliability and maintainability, operational requirements, existing support systems and integrated logistical support objectives as inputs and it outputs an integrated support plan for the item/system's life-cycle.
