Logistics Manager

Talented, experienced 3PL Account Manager wanted to perform at the leadership level !

Your main role will be to ensure the 3PL Account Managers are delivering the ALS experience in every interaction, and to work with clients to develop and execute solutions that enhance their customer experience.

Additional key responsibilities:

Drive continuous improvement and profitable growth

Manage ongoing client specific saving commitment through Continuous Improvement Roadmap (CIR)

Personally coach, train, and mentor direct reports, and provide career development opportunities through training and quality management activities.

Additional Responsibilities:

· Ensure the Voice of the Customer is heard at ALS.

· Responsible for ensuring accurate data capture and system entry

Requirements:

• 2-5 years experience managing key customer accounts in 3rd party logistics field. Ideally experience in a Freight Under Management (FUM) relationship

• Bachelor's degree preferred
