Logistics Manager

As a Logistics Manager you are gritty and possess an adaptable work ethic to support our network of global offices, remote employees and annual event calendar.   You will manage critical tasks associated with coordinating, and monitoring to completion, of time-sensitive domestic and international air and ground shipments originating across the world to deliver and maintain assets across our globally distributed points of presence while maintaining full accountability of all organizational property.

In This Role You Will:

• Work with operations and facilities team to support the growth of our international presence
• Work with marketing and event team to ensure the success of every event from a logistics point of view
• Develop and maintain strong commercial relations with our network of carriers (UPS Freight, FedEx, DHL Express, Crane World Wide, and etc), 3PLs, freight brokers to ensure the best outcome at the best prices 
• Schedule loads, anticipate challenges and communicate any transit issues to respective parties 
• Preform supply audit, and negotiations on resupply purchases
• React with a sense of urgency to solve problems and look for ways to improve operational inefficiencies  
• Ability to pivot and assist with the operational management of offices in US

You May Be A Fit For This Role If You Have:

• 3-4 years working in a logistics or related field 
• Familiarity with and knowledge of U.S. domestic and international shipping process, procedures, and documentation 
• Extreme multitasking ability & sense of urgency 
• Strong negotiation skills
• Effective communication and customer service skills 
• Pro-active, service-oriented and an internal sense of urgency
• Superb organizational and time-management skills; possess a sense of prioritization
• Strong desire to grow your career within a nimble and ever-evolving environment
