Are you an experienced logistics professional in the field of manufacturing ready to lead operations at a global company?

TE Connectivity is looking for a dynamic Logistics Manager to join our team

in Tát and drive the efficiency of our supply chain and warehouse operations.

As a Logistics Manager, you will:

Oversee daily Warehouse and Logistics operations (30 Headcounts)
Aim to achieve KPIs such as Inventory Accuracy, Warehouse Productivity, Customer Satisfaction, and Safety goals.

Develop and implement logistics procedures for materials, services, and systems, including supply chain, inventory control, and third-party warehousing.
Analyze distribution systems to create logistics solutions based on customer needs.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to optimize logistics processes and systems.
Manage international shipping documents, including Letters of Credit.
Provide administrative support for distribution centers, ensuring paperwork and tracking systems are maintained.
Coordinate inventory management and inbound/outbound logistics.
Analyze production planning and support process improvement efforts.
Assist in transportation cost and route analysis for negotiations.
Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines.
Report issues and suggest solutions to supervisors.
Act as the Logistics and Warehouse Manager's backup when needed.
Compliance with company policies related to quality, safety, and environmental standards.

🔑 What You Bring:

Relevant college or university degree
Relevant experience (9-10 years) preferably in the automotive industry: experience in Warehouse Management, Logistics
Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
Experience in SAP WM Module
Fluent English and Hungarian knowledge in verbal & written
