Logistics Manager, E-Commerce (1099-Contract)

Our site hosts over 10 million daily users and generates 700 million clicks per month. What you’ll do:
We’re looking for an organized Logistics Manager to join our Creative team. You’ll maintain the efficiency that comes with bringing new merchandise to sell within our stores. The team will depend on you for various responsibilities that include contacting vendors, finding the best pricing for materials, maintaining contracts, ensuring merchandise reaches facilities, and making sure products go live on our sites once they make it safely into our possession. This role is being offered remotely or in any of our offices (Los Angeles, Orange County, San Francisco, Milwaukee, or Miami).
More Specifically You’ll:
Be a point of contact for all vendor & merchandise activity.
- Maintain contracts
- Track orders
- Handle shipping and storage of all merch.
- Ensure we’re getting the best and most fair price on materials.
- Handle Customer Relations and concerns regarding orders.
Own processing of all merchandise.
- Photography
- Launching new products and restocks in a timely manner
- Complete ownership of our Spotify products page
- Tracking received and delivered materials and merchandise.
- Inventory Tracking and replenishment
Participate in business analysis and reporting for topics like:
- Invoices and material pricing quote information
- Merch-related feature renewals
- Timeframes for launching merch-related marketing campaigns
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in eCommerce and Logistics/Operational Management.
- at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service.
- Be a subject matter expert in all things Shopify.
- Proficient skill level in bookkeeping and shop financials.
- Must be willing to work hours of 10am - 6pm PST.
