Logistics Manager (Mandarin)

Position - Logistics Operation Manager 
Location - Houston, TX 
Salary - $100k - $120k (Negotiable depending on Experience)
Full time 
Bilingual - Fluent in English and Mandarin - "Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China."
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
Experience: 
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, with at least 3- 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools. Familiarity with technologies like RFID, GPS tracking, and automated warehouse systems is a plus.
Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing logistics operations.
Certifications: Professional certifications in logistics or supply chain management, such as APICS Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD), are advantageous.
