Job Description:

• Trouble shooting unprocessed/incomplete shipments or errors while creating shipment in OTM, SAP or any other transportation system
• Upload/Edit/Delete carriers, lanes and rates in OTM, SAP or any other transportation system
• Follow up for pending data as per schedule
• Verify freight invoices with rate contracts for disputed invoices submitted by carrier and provide findings
• Reporting of Logistics Metrics using SQL, MS Excel and PowerPoint for all businesses
• Collaborate with Carriers/Customers and counterparts to collect shipment data. Validate the accuracy of data and upload in system or work around to collect correct data

Mandate Skills:

• Should be able to handle large data set
• Should have good understanding of Transportation flow
• Excellent communication and Email writing skills
• Should have excellent skills in using MS Office (Excel in particular)

Preferred Skills:

• Real time experience in OTM and SAP transport management system will be an added advantage
• SQL knowledge will be added advantage
• Degree in Logistics/Supply chain
• Ability to independently organize daily work activities
