We are currently seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our #OneTeam in our Fort Mill, SC office.

What you'll be doing:

As the Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting supply chain and warehouse activities including shipping and receiving products and materials. You will help maintain our inventory control program and coordinate with other EPIC teams to promote accurate and timely processing of orders for customers. In addition, you will complete return merchandise authorization (RMA) processing.

• Manages the shipment and receipt of products, materials, and supplies 
• Performs tasks related to the RMA process timely and accurately
• Collaborates and communicates with Build Center technicians, customer service representativesand others involved in the shipment of products
• Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area
• Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily shipments and receipts 
• Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude
• Collaborates with Customer Operations team members shipping and receiving of products, inventory and equipment
• Assist Operation and Procurement teams in maintainingan accurate inventory by executing daily inventory updates, picks, and monthly audits 
• Provide required reporting regarding inventory, shipments, etc. 
• Respond to issues or complaints / resolve problems that are relating to transportation issues 
• Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries, thensorts and stocks receivables
• Abide by OHSA standards 

What you'll need:

• At least 6 months of warehouse, retail or customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to scan and sort outgoing stock 
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs in order to pull, pack, and load inventory and equipment
• Good written and verbal communication skills 
• Keen sense of time organization and urgency 
• Experience with Microsoft O365 programs
• Able to work independently and within a team 
• Mostly an indoor job, a climate-controlled environment, but during shipment of LTL must be prepared for inclement weather and its hazards
