Job Description

Are you ready to join a diverse team at Agilent Technologies and play a crucial role in our logistics operations? We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Administrator to run the handling of sensitive materials and ensure compliance with safety standards.

This full-time, onsite position offers a day shift Monday-Friday schedule with opportunities for overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sensitive materials, including finished, intermediate, and hazardous items.

• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Prioritize critical action items and orders.

• Adapt to multifaceted schedules and overtime as needed.

• Use computer systems, including Microsoft Office and MRP/ERP systems.

• Apply 5S/Lean manufacturing principles.

• Operate specialized machinery, such as forklifts and vertical order-pickers.

• Recommend process improvements and deviations.

• Stand for 8 to 10 hours and lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Some higher education or niche training/certification, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Typically 1+ years of proven experience.
