About the position:

• Performs support tasks of the logistics team, which may include data entry, review billing, communicating with outside vendors, etc.

• Generates reports that capture completed transactions

• Notifies appropriate team members of encountered logistical issues.

• Printing and filing of Packing Slips, Commercial Invoice, Airway Bill/Bill of Lading, Gate Pass, Delivery Receipt for all shipment in compliance with government, SOX and other customer inquiries/requirement.

• Generation of documents for local transfer (customer, suppliers, subcon) in compliance to government documentation requirement of Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) and Bureau of Customs (BOC) e.g. gate pass

• Preparation of side system shipping invoices for local and international shipment our of warehousing and export division e.g. commercial invoice and lodgment of Automated Export Documentation System (AEDS)

• PEZA document processing as required

  Send export shipment pre-alert to destination

  Ensure on time shipment of customer demand to meet OTD goals.

  Data entry requirement for stores inventory system

  May perform other duties as assigned.

About the job:

• Customs undergraduate or college graduate preferred

• Up to one year of relevant experience

• Basic knowledge of MS Office

• High attention to detail
