Loss Prevention Assistant Supervisor

Wednesday through Saturday - 3p-1a
About the Role
As Loss Prevention Assistant Supervisor, you will assist in Loss Prevention activities within the Distribution Center. You will schedule, supervise and train staff, perform physical security, report policy and procedure violations to leadership, investigate internal theft, monitor processes, audit compliance, and perform data entry, documentation and Gatehouse operations.
What You'll Do
- Act as main contact for store inquiries and communication
- Act as the lead Loss Prevention associate on duty, in the event the Loss Prevention Manager is not present
- Serve as the liaison between Distribution Center and Loss Prevention

What Skills You Have
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent and/or previous Distribution Center, Law Enforcement and/or Store Loss Prevention experience
- Regular and prompt attendance
- Certification in the use of power equipment to aid in investigations
- Leadership experience
- Auditing experience
- Working knowledge of software programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and PeopleSoft
Special Requirements
- Must be available to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
