What we're looking for

As a Loss Prevention Operations Lead you will be responsible for developing implementing and managing operations processes and systems to ensure a high level of efficiency. Your role requires excellent organizational and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to lead a team. This position will report to the Loss Prevention Director.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of business critical workflows developing specifications/guidelines and resolving escalations.

• Manage cross-functional initiatives to create/change operational workflows to support new product and policy launches.

• Monitor and evaluate operational performance and recommend improvements

• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement

• Contribute to strategic projects to drive internal quality and efficiency metrics and execute with cross-functional teams.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college diploma preferred.

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets

• Data-driven collaborative approach with excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

• Flexibility to work varying shifts and occasional hours in US time zones.

• Demonstrated commitment to integrity ethics and professionalism in the workplace.

Job Details:

• Full-time (40 hours per week)

• Shifting schedule; may require hours in the Eastern time zone

Compensation:

• $5.00 per hour (depending on experience)
