Position Purpose: The developer will assist in the design, implementation, and support of new application processes in collaboration with other staff, including Solutions Architects, Business Analysts, and Project Managers. The developer will collaborate with Network, Server, Database Administration, and other development teams to ensure the proper integration of systems in the environment.
Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement low-code application, content management and workflow application solutions
- Serves as subject matter expert for the technical aspects of the assigned systems
- Understands system and operational requirements, downstream system impacts, and legal/compliance obligations
- Research and resolve the root cause of problems and recommend changes to system standards to prevent problems
- Act as liaison to external vendors for all technical support issues
- Provide technical assistance to Tier 1 Help Desk and Training staff for the support of end users
- Play a pivotal role in implementing operational control, monitoring and visibility to the supported systems
- Contribute to 24x7 support on critical systems
- Maintains system documentation
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the administration of 3rd party applications required
- Low-Code application development and/or Business Workflow application development experience required (experience with K2 Cloud, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint 2013/SharePoint Online is a plus)
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps is a plus
- Knowledge of Web Services and Services Oriented Architecture is strongly preferred
- Experience with scripting and development languages (PowerShell and C#) is a plus
- SQL Server database development, including tables, stored procedures, and functions
- Experience with Power BI and SSRS, or other reporting applications, is preferred
- Understanding of AGILE software principles
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience working both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment is essential
- Demonstrated ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to effectively interface with technical and nontechnical staff at all organizational levels
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business direction
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under time constraints as necessary
- Attention to detail is a must
Physical requirements/Working conditions:
- Climate controlled office environment
- Minimal physical requirements other than occasional light lifting of boxed materials
- Dynamic, time-sensitive environment
- Travel as required
