Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders including business analysts designers and subject matter experts to gather requirements and translate them into low-code applications

• Design and develop high-quality low-code applications / processes

• Customize and extend the functionality of low-code platforms through code snippets reusable components and integrations with external systems

• Optimize low-code applications for performance scalability and maintainability.

• Conduct process reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers ensuring adherence to low-code process standards and best practices

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements identify opportunities for low-code development and propose innovative solutions

• Proactively troubleshoot and debug complex issues in low-code applications and implement effective solutions in a timely manner

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in low-code development and proactively share knowledge and insights with the team

• Participate in Agile process iteratively creating and developing applications

• Understanding of data structures relational data and interfacing with APIs

• Provide First Pass Yield data and ability to report success status using tools such as Splunk or New Relic

Knowledge

• Rackspace Low Code Orchestration uses proprietary software and so candidates are not expected to have prior experience and knowledge of these associated products.

• The successful candidate will be a fast-learner able to solve complex problems and possess a strong attention to detail.
