The Loyalty Manager, Brand Strategy will play a critical role in evolving our existing loyalty program - leading the strategic development of loyalty across all consumer touchpoints - focused on creating a meaningful, integrated and ongoing experience with our brand. This individual will effectively exhibit JD Finish Line's core values of Customer, People, Winning, Community, and Financial Responsibility in everything they do by performing the following main duties:
- Lead the implementation of loyalty communications and positioning across all consumer touchpoints - working cross functionally with brand managers, integrated marketing, creative and channel teams to ensure project accuracy, timelines and effectiveness.
- Lead the strategic development and execution of ongoing loyalty programs, aimed to increase participation (new members, active members, penetration rates, rewards participation, etc.), member metrics (retention, frequency, sales, AOV, etc.) and overall program engagement metrics
- Build and maintain a loyalty program calendar tracking all marketing, offers, rewards, and support across all business units.
- Work closely with the analytics team to interpret and action on customer data, leading to optimized campaigns that drive engagement and incentivize customer behavior.
- Evaluate and optimize offer strategy - creating campaigns to incentivize engagement with the reward catalog.
- Accountable for quarterly and annual program reporting, tracking campaign program performance and progress.
- Additional projects and duties as assigned.
Required Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university and at least 4 - 6 years' experience in marketing, loyalty, brand management, the digital marketing field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Internal JD Finish Line experience preferred.
Required Computer and/or Technical Skills
Should have intermediate knowledge and abilities with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office products; strong knowledge of computer and web/digital technologies, software, and applications; and strong understanding of file management.

Employees may be asked to perform additional duties outside of normal job scope on a temporary basis per the company policy. Pay range: $85,000 - $110,000 (Depending on Experience); 15% bonus target. This role will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401k, sick leave, parental leave, and company paid time off plan.
