The Loyalty Specialist will support the operational implementation of JD North America's loyalty program (STATUS) through the execution of loyalty program initiatives, campaigns, and communications. Works cross-functionally with brand development, integrated marketing, creative, and digital marketing channels to execute all loyalty program initiatives including: engagement campaigns, product launches, brand initiatives, and lifecycle marketing campaigns. This individual should effectively exhibit JD Finish Line's core values of Customer, People, Winning, Community, and Financial Responsibility in everything they do by performing the following key duties:

  • Manage the end to end execution of all loyalty program campaigns including seasonal brand initiatives, SEA launches, and Co-op campaigns.
  • Work cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Marketing Analytics, and Digital Marketing to ensure the proper execution of loyalty initiatives
  • Create and maintain necessary documentation for the set up and execution of loyalty initiatives and rewards
  • Responsible for the internal communication of loyalty initiatives throughout the marketing department and broader organization
  • Lead the creative execution and planning for all loyalty campaigns and initiatives
  • Assist Customer Engagement Program Manager in the development of customer engagement marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Act as the point person in all necessary meetings pertaining to the execution of new and existing loyalty initiatives
  • Build customer facing loyalty offers and promotions in the CRM system
  • Manage a calendar of all current and future loyalty initiatives
  • Responsible for the fulfillment of loyalty rewards, both digital and physical, including any necessary customer communications through the Loyalty Inbox
  • Manage relationships with Legal, LP, and Store Ops regarding loyalty initiatives and promotions.
  • Additional duties and projects as required.

Required Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in marketing, loyalty, data analytics, or retail. Understanding of Google Suite and Microsoft Office required. Experience working with marketing technology platforms preferred. Candidates should have experience in the management of large, cross-functional projects including project communications, timelines, and organization. Internal JD Finish Line experience is preferred.
