Lubes Support Specialist
Job Description
Summary:

In this position, you will be responsible for customer and administrative support to our Lubricants division. You will be an integral part of efficiently managing our inventory and delivering product to our customers served by our Kirkland WA warehouse. This is an in-office position that reports to the Manager, Lubricant Support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Field inquiries from internal and external customers related to lubricants business and research and resolve or forward to appropriate personnel.
• Provide administrative support for lubricants billing, transfers, and receipt of product.
• Assist with monitoring and management of lubricant inventories at multiple warehouses.
• Collaborate with sales staff when developing quotes or processing other paperwork for existing and new customers.
• Work independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
• May provide administrative support to other parts of the business on an as needed basis.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.
• Perform special projects and other tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
• One year certificate from college or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office; specifically, Excel, Word, Outlook and Explorer.
• Highly organized with the ability to use organizational tools to track work.
• Able to prioritize competing tasks and succeed in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
• Keen attention to detail and a willingness to take ownership and see an issue through to completion.
• Must be able to work in both an office and warehouse environment and around heavy equipment and petroleum products. This includes the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

• $25.00-$30.00 per hour depending on experience and eligible for overtime.
