Lumen Customer Representative - Seattle
Job Description
We're actively hiring Customer Representatives to support a rapidly expanding telecommunications campaign representing Lumen, a global leader in fiber-optic internet and business solutions. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, motivated by helping others, and eager to grow within the customer support and sales fields.
As a Lumen Customer Service Representative, You Will:
• Work directly with customers to recommend fiber-optic internet and telecommunications services
• Assist customers with account upgrades, service changes, and technical questions
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and offer clear, effective solutions in real time
• Guide customers through product benefits, pricing, and bundled service options
• Maintain accurate service records and track customer interactions daily
• Collaborate with your customer support and sales team to hit daily goals
• Represent the Lumen brand with professionalism, clarity, and enthusiasm
• Stay up to date on all internet, phone, and digital service offerings
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Interest in telecommunications, customer service, or sales
• A positive, problem-solving attitude and eagerness to grow
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced customer environment
• Prior experience in retail, sales, or account support is helpful but not required
• A daily commute to our Seattle office is required

This is a sales and customer service role with training provided for all new hires. Compensation is 100% commission-based, with uncapped potential. Typical yearly earnings range from $41,600 to $68,00, with average per-sale commissions between $50 and $170.
