Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Fine Dining Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of fine dining etiquette. This role requires the ability to manage multiple staff members while providing a memorable dining experience for our guests. The Chef will work closely with kitchen staff and management team to ensure smooth operations and high standards of service.
Experience
• Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS system or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience.
• Experience in food service management or training staff is advantageous.
• Knowledge of food production processes and inventory control practices is beneficial.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
