Competitive pay plan: $60000 ANNUAL SALARY 10% FRT GROSS 3% F&I GROSS LOJACK $20 CSI $100/SURVEY 10/10 VOLUME BONUS 10 CARS $1000 15 CARS $1500 20 CARS $2500 What we offer: • Career advancement – we cross train employees and promote from within. • 5 day work week • Great Benefits including 401k Job Duties: • Provide professional product presentation for all customers • Schedule customer appointments daily • Develop and prospect new business continuously • Utilize CRM to follow-up daily with prospective customers and maintain relationships with current customers. Requirements • Exhibits high levels of client experience and client satisfaction ratings • Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. • Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner • Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers • Has ability to communicate effectively with new car buyers/customers and according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by email, or in person and able to train other subordinates to do the same Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: • Sales Experience: 1 year (Required) • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
